1 Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Subscription IPTV 8K platform (subscription8ktv.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.
2 Description of Streaming Services
Subscription IPTV 8K provides digital streaming access to television feeds, video-on-demand (VOD) titles, and electronic programme guides (EPG) in up to Ultra 8K and 4K resolution via standard M3U playlist URLs and Xtream Codes API connections.
We provide connection access to load-balanced streaming relays and do not own, broadcast, or store copyrighted media on our local hosting servers. Channel availability may fluctuate due to third-party broadcaster feeds.
3 Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing
We provide non-binding subscription periods ranging from 1 Month ($14.99), 3 Months ($29.99), 6 Months ($49.99), to 12 Months ($65.00), detailed on our Pricing Plans page. All transactions are billed in USD unless otherwise specified at checkout.
There are no automatic recurring hidden billing charges, surprise maintenance fees, or activation penalties. When your subscription period concludes, you choose whether to renew manually.
4 Single Connection & Multi-Room Policy
Each standard subscription line is licensed strictly for one (1) active simultaneous stream at any given moment. You may install your credentials on multiple devices (such as your 8K TV, bedroom Firestick, and smartphone), but only one device may stream simultaneously.
Simultaneous playback across multiple screens on a single-screen line will trigger an automatic security lock. Multi-room lines can be added for an additional fee of $5/month per extra screen.
5 Network Performance & Anti-Freeze SLA
While our Anti-Freeze 10.0 architecture maintains a 99.9% uptime SLA across our central server clusters, uninterrupted streaming quality depends on your local internet connection.
- A minimum download speed of 15 Mbps for FHD, 25 Mbps for 4K, and 50 Mbps for Ultra 8K is required.
- Ethernet cable connections are strongly advised over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
- Temporary throttling by your local ISP is beyond our direct infrastructure control.
6 Prohibited Uses & Anti-Restreaming
Subscribers are strictly prohibited from reselling, re-broadcasting, public rebroadcasting in commercial venues, or distributing M3U playlists publicly. Any account found re-streaming or sharing credentials will be terminated immediately without refund.

8 Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms as needed to reflect infrastructure updates, regulatory compliance, or operational changes. Continued use of the service following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
